This is a rental agreement between You (the RENTEE) and LuluBee's Closet (the RENTER).  Items booked on or through this site, LuluBee's Closet, are exclusively for RENTAL ONLY.  You are not purchasing an actual item to keep in your possession beyond the rental term. RENTAL item(s) are the property of LuluBee's Closet and  must be returned to LuluBee's Closet.  By booking and paying for the use of RENTAL items (gown/accessories), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

 

The purpose of this website (LuluBee's Closet) is for booking the use of RENTAL of gowns and related accessories as posted for RENTAL in our collections.  By booking a RENTAL, you agree to keep RENTAL item(s) in your possession for no longer than the agreed upon RENTAL period.  The RENTAL item(s) must be shipped back to LuluBee's Closet on or before the last pick of mail on the last day of the rental term.  Any item(s) not shipped back on agreed upon time shall be assessed a $50/per day late fee which will be invoiced and must be paid by the RENTER within 24 hours of receipt  .Upon delivery of RENTAL item(s), You, the RENTER, are responsible for said item(s).  It is strongly recommended that a Secured Shipping Location (a location where an individual is able to physically receive item(s)) is used as we (LuluBee's Closet) are not responsible for items left unattended and not responsible for lost or stolen packages.   You agree to treat the RENTAL item(s) with the highest level of care.  Our Products are meant to be used in very limited capacity ie. photo shoots, weddings, special occasions, etc. There is absolutely no food or beverage allowed near the RENTAL item(s).  RENTAL items may not be used in water or wet outdoor conditions.   RENTAL item(s) are not to be altered in any way.  Do not attempt to clean or repair any RENTAL item(s).   You are responsible for any loss, destruction or damage beyond reasonable wear and tear as solely determined by LuluBee's Closet.  Items will be inspected upon return receipt and anything beyond what we (LuluBee's Closet) determine to be normal wear and tear will be assessed an amount equal to the amount of repair or replacement of said item(s).  Replacement cost will be determined solely by LuluBee's Closet and could be retail, market value or as much as 200 percent of retail cost of said rental item(s).  This amount will be invoiced and paid by you, the RENTER, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of invoice.  

 

There are no refunds once you have booked and paid for your RENTAL item(s).  If you must cancel an order due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact us immediately to discuss the possibility of an alternate plan or reschedule at no additional cost.

 

Shipping charges and applicable taxes are not included in the posted RENTAL fee for each item.  These charges will be determined either at checkout or by agreement between you, the RENTER, and LuluBee's Closet, the RENTEE.  Once an item is shipped from LuluBee's Closet to the RENTER, we are not responsible for shipping delays of any carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx).  We (LuluBee's Closet) will make every effort to ship in a manner that will allow for timely arrival of RENTAL item(s).
